Chic Hair Design Cancellation Policy

 

Your appointments are very important to Chic Hair Design, it is reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.

 

STRICT AND ENFORCED 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY


Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, the opportunity is missed to fill that appointment time, and clients on a waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply.

 

- Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

(ie. Haircut/Style $17, Color and Haircut/Style $50)

 

- “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.  

 

- Living Social redemption voucher numbers will be taken at the time of booked appointment. Failure to give 24 hour notice of changed appointment will result in redemption of voucher amount, without refund.

 

The cancellation policy allows time to inform standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping schedules filled, thus better serving everyone. Chic Hair Design's policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for established and future clientele. CONFIRMATION CALLS

 

As a courtesy, text confirmation for your service appointments will be delivered two business days prior to your appointment date. However, if you are unable to be reached, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee. Without a response, appointments are subject to double booking.
